The 19-year-old Ivory Coast international has enjoyed a breakthrough campaign in Germany. Featuring in 36 matches for RB Leipzig, the winger scored 13 goals and provided 10 assists, quickly establishing himself as one of the Bundesliga club's standout performers.
His impressive displays attracted interest from several European heavyweights. Liverpool reportedly submitted an offer worth around €100 million, including bonuses, but Leipzig turned it down. Despite the Premier League interest, Diomande is believed to have made Paris Saint-Germain his preferred destination.

According to RMC Sport, PSG have finalized the details of a five-year contract with the player. With the personal agreement now in place, negotiations will focus entirely on reaching a transfer fee with Leipzig.
